Brian loves interacting with clients and guiding them through the home inspection process. He believes in performing the best inspection every time! His goal is to provide a thorough and professional home inspection and to make sure every client has the information they need to make a buying decision before he leaves. This is not just a job, but a service he enjoys providing to better his community.

Prior to becoming a home inspector Brian spent 9 years in the home improvement industry. He is a proud Pillar to Post franchise owner. He enjoys going to continuing certification classes and bringing new technology to his home inspection business.

Brian has lived in the Greater Orlando area over 35 years. Brian is married to a wonderful lady, Merrisa, he has 3 children and 2 awesome grandchildren. He is proud to be a husband, father, & Grumpy. In his spare time Brian is all about football 365 days a year.

Jimmy Ehrhardt
Home Inspector

Jimmy’s favorite thing about home inspecting is helping homeowners and homebuyers make educated decisions regarding their home or potential home. Jimmy is detailed oriented and takes pleasure in reviewing his findings with his clients and answering any and all questions they may have.

Jimmy is continuously upgrading his skills by taking related courses and applying for new certifications in the home inspecting field.

Before home inspecting, Jimmy held a position as a residential electrician for 10 years. He attended the Florida Electrical Apprenticeship & Training (FEAT) Program and takes the knowledge from this position and schooling with him when inspecting a home’s electrical installation and its components.

Jimmy has lived in Central Florida most of his life. He is married to his wife Aubrey of 13 years and has two boys, Ronin (age 13) and Eli (age 6) who he adores. He takes great pride in his family and is a very devoted husband, father and son.

In Jimmy’s spare time, he enjoys working on the Safety Crew at the Daytona Beach Speedway for the Daytona 200 motorcycle races. A position that he’s held for 19 years. He also enjoys spending time with his family, riding his motorcycle, coin collecting and being a “News Junkie.”
